The event

This year, we will once again be riding the extra-long 3.7 km version of the popular racetrack in Alsace. The track is located in the middle of the forest and even the paddock is green. There is no pit lane but plenty of space for trailers. The track offers tight combinations of bends but also a long straight with a bend. On this circuit, good handling is more important than engine power. This makes it an ideal training track for perfect cornering technique.

In contrast to other race tracks, which are usually located in rather harsh environments, Alsace also offers beautiful surroundings and a wide range of culinary options beyond the event. Even the journey through Alsace is very attractive and nearby Colmar is ideal for a short holiday beforehand.

Maximum 30 vehicles per group. Only road-legal and insured vehicles.

Participation fee

Club members: 459,- Euro
without membership 510,- Euro

Two drivers can share a vehicle at no extra cost. Total driving time: 3.5 hours divided into 45/30min turns. Open Pit Lane within your group.

IMPORTANT: Click on this link before travelling and fill in the disclaimer of the track.

Catering

We have booked the large, very good buffet. Lunch is included in the price for the driver. The dessert buffet is breathtaking! There is also a "bar" on the first floor with a sun terrace and a view of the track. We ourselves offer free cold drinks and coffee.

Procedure

Arrival recommended the day before. This time we will spend the night at the Domain du Moulin in Ensisheim, about 15 minutes from the course. Distribution of starting documents for those who have already arrived. Dinner together in the hotel in a convivial atmosphere.

On the driving day: Meeting at the race track from 8:00 am. Participants who were not present the evening before will now receive their start number. Transponders are not required in Anneau du Rhin. Guided laps will be driven in the first stint of each group. Instructors will be on site throughout the day to offer additional guided laps if required.

Volume

Note: The noise level of each vehicle is checked statically, 50 cm from the exhaust, at an angle of 45° and at 60% of the maximum speed (start of red zone) before entering the track. Normally there are no problems with noise in Anneau du Rhin as long as a normal exhaust system is fitted. Nevertheless, excessively loud vehicles can be excluded beforehand.
