Terms and conditions for our events
I confirm the following conditions upon registration
Payment
The registration fee must be paid promptly and without deduction, as the registration only becomes effective upon receipt of payment.
Important note: We reserve the right to refuse participation.
Driving time
Should there be any reductions in the stated driving time due to accidents, repair work on the track or removal of operating materials on the track, as well as other restrictions up to and including the premature end of the event, the lost driving time is not to be seen as being within the organizer's area of responsibility.
A refund (in full or in part) of the registration fee is not possible in this case and any other claims against the organizer and his assistants are also waived.
Liability waiver
I have hereby taken note of the waiver of legal claims against the organizer and the track operator.
I am personally liable for any damage to the track (guardrail and field damage) caused by me or my vehicle.
Payment will be made by paying the damage invoice sent after the event. I will sign the liability waiver by hand on the day of the event.
Photo and film recordings
I agree to the publication of photos or video recordings taken of me or my vehicle.
Dangerous behavior
The organizer reserves the right to close the track for a short time in the event of aggressive or dangerous driving behavior or to schedule an extraordinary driver briefing on driving behavior.
Exclusion from the event is possible:
- In the event of dangerous behavior towards the track operator
- If your vehicle exceeds the noise limit of the racetrack
In these cases, you can be excluded from the event without a refund.
Force majeure
Should the racetrack be temporarily or partially closed due to bad weather, accidents or other reasons, there is no claim for full or partial compensation.
Cancellation policy
The amount of the refund depends on the time of cancellation:

| 15 or more days before the event | 50% refund of the entry fee |
| 7-14 days before the event | 25% refund of the entry fee |
| Last week or no-show | No refund of the entry fee |
Consent
By booking as a participant, I expressly agree to the points mentioned above.
I also confirm that as a driver I am in possession of a valid driver's license for the vehicle mentioned, and that the vehicle complies with the StVZO.
