Registration Information

How can I register?

Registration can be done online or by e-mail. However, please note that the registration is only valid once the participation fee has been received in our account.

We reserve the right to refuse participation.

What do I get as confirmation?

Immediately after your online booking, we will send you a confirmation e-mail as well as a detailed entry confirmation, the invoice and a liability waiver by e-mail.

If this data does not arrive within a few minutes, please ask us. Occasionally, the automatic dispatch fails, e.g. if the specified e-mail address is incorrect.

Special requests can be specified as a comment during registration or can simply be communicated to us by e-mail or telephone.

Note: Documents are not sent by post.

How can I pay?

Payments within 14 days please by bank transfer or SEPA direct debit mandate from a German account.

For last-minute bookings shortly before the date, payment can also be made in cash on site by arrangement.

Important: Participation in the event is not possible without prior payment.

Can I cancel?

If you are unable to attend at short notice on the day of the event or consider the weather to be unsuitable, we can unfortunately not offer a refund.

However, you are welcome to transfer your registration to a substitute driver.

Cancellation conditions in detail

• 30 or more days before the event: 90% refund of the entry fee
• 15 or more days before the event: 50% refund of the entry fee
• 7-14 days before the event: 25% refund of the entry fee
• In the last week before the event or in case of no-show: No right to a refund of the entry fee
